Description
多機能なカスタムテンプレートタグでは拡張性と互換性を得るため、wp_parse_argsを使った方式に変更する。

r272 にてxpress_the_content() get_xpress_excerpt_contents()を除き処理完了
残りの部分はどうするか考え中

r274 にて xpress_the_content()を対応させました。
xpress_the_content()にパラメータを追加して
recent_posts_content_block_theme.phpで使用していたget_xpress_excerpt_contents()をxpress_the_content()に変更
ここまでの作業で、修正完了とします。
