WordPress? Database Backup(http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup) プラグインを、修正して、EUC-JPの場合、UTF-8に変換してバックアップするオプションとテーブルプレフィックスの変更を行うオプションを追加したプラグインの作成。
