#139 XOOPS UID と　WordPress? UID　相違による不具合の対策にて、モジュール複製利用した場合
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_uid_to_xoops_uid()が発生、
またUIDの変換が先読みしたモジュールのWordPress UIDが使われる。

複製対策として、wp_uid_to_xoops_uid(),xoops_uid_to_wp_uid()の引数にモジュール名を追加しました。
パッチ　patch143.zip を添付します。
