D3Forum側へのコメントエクスポート時のユーザID

Description
XOOPS側にはユーザ登録してあるが、WP側にユーザ登録されていないユーザのコメントはWP側にコメント投稿者のIDは記録されない。
ここで、このコメントををD3Forum側へ一括エクスポートすると、ゲストの投稿としてD3Forum側にエクスポートされてしまうことになる。
そこで、ユーザ名と、メールアドレスが一致していれば、XOOPSユーザと判断して、D3Forum側にエクスポートするようにしたい。、
